Women are rewriting the future of the world, one innovation at a time. Emerging technologies and innovation have the potential to be a space for inclusivity and a force for good.

Women of the Future is a project that showcases and celebrates the top female change-makers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Global Village Publishing, Inc. conceptualized this initiative to amplify these leaders and innovators, inspire future leaders, ensure women get their seat at the table, and drive the narrative.

This project creates a multi-channel platform to tell the success stories of female pioneers in the region.

As a force for good in the UAE, this initiative strives to create equality of opportunities for our future innovators; champions women by celebrating female success and being an inspiration to others; instills a feedback loop for giving and taking, sharing and learning and working together to achieve even more; and to create a path where we are the citizens of the future.

Driving this project is Lucy Chow (author, investor, global speaker, and multiple board member).

“Women of the Future – UAE is more than a celebration; it’s a movement,” said Lucy Chow, CO-Publisher of Women of the Future UAE. “It’s about amplifying the voices of extraordinary women shaping the future with innovation, resilience, and vision. By sharing their stories, we honor their achievements and inspire the next generation to take their place at the forefront of change.”

The objectives of the Women of the Future UAE project are:

• Empowering women to build the future we want, driving impact in the real world through innovation.
• Create the biggest, connected female network in the region.
• Be an accelerator of innovation, knowledge and networking.
• Promote worldwide strategic dialogue using female-driven impact cases that actively support our new ecosystems.

Women of the Future UAE will culminate in a high-quality coffee table book showcasing women leading change in the UAE, highlighting approximately 100 of the top voices making a difference.

This will be a legacy publication, marking a unique moment in time.

The book has an anticipated distribution of 1,500 + copies. It will be supported by a web platform, ebook, social media amplification, and launch event in Q3 2025. It is published by a 100% female-led team at Global Village Publishing, Inc.
