Having started her career in journalism, her interest in emerging technologies was piqued at a journalism conference. “I never thought I would work in tech,” she recalls. “My journey into the world of emerging technologies began when I stumbled upon a session on ‘360 journalism’ by Google News Lab.” That session was a game-changer for her. Intrigued by the immersive potential of 360 videos, Elena dove headfirst into this new world of storytelling. Her journey led her to The Glimpse Group, where she immersed herself in VR/AR. She says: “Now, as a general 3D content producer, I’m thrilled to be at the forefront of these new mediums, where storytelling remains at the core of everything I do.”
