When Kseniia Maiboroda speaks about technology, her voice carries both precision and purpose. As the Founder and CEO of Elevatix, she is redefining what it means to build intelligence – not artificial intelligence that exploits, but ethical intelligence that empowers.
“I believe the future of digital monetization lies not in manipulation but in intelligence – algorithms that understand human behaviour without exploiting it,” she says.
For over 17 years, Kseniia has lived at the intersection of data, gaming, and AI. Her company, Elevatix, is pioneering an AI-driven monetisation engine that turns behavioural data into ethical, transparent growth for digital products. The system helps game studios and tech companies across the world enhance engagement and profitability – all while safeguarding user trust and data privacy.

Kseniia’s journey began far from Dubai’s skyline, in a small Ukrainian town where she grew up in an ordinary family – with extraordinary dreams. Her curiosity for how things worked revealed itself early. “Numbers, logic, and systems were my natural language,” she recalls. By twelve, she had won her city’s math competition and earned a scholarship to a Microsoft Showcase School. Two years later, she was studying rocket and space engineering, where she discovered her passion for software development.
By nineteen, she was working full-time as a Business Analyst while still studying at university. “Those were 18-hour days, but I loved every moment,” she says. “I knew that technology was my way of shaping reality.”
After years in Ukraine’s energy sector, she pivoted into high-tech product development in Luxembourg and California at the dawn of the AI revolution. By her late twenties, she had joined the gaming industry – “a world where creativity meets data” – and soon became the first woman and the first Ukrainian to hold a board-level position at an international gaming company.

Then came the defining chapter of her story. When war broke out in Ukraine, Kseniia lost everything familiar – her home, her stability, her certainty. With a newborn baby and one suitcase, she fled her country. “Two months later, I started building Elevatix,” she says. “I poured every skill, every lesson, every piece of strength I had into this idea.”
Over the next two years, she rebuilt her life and her company from scratch, moving eight times and transforming each challenge into momentum. “Resilience isn’t about never falling – it’s about finding purpose every time you do,” she reflects. “On my 35th birthday, standing on the 60th floor in Dubai, I realised I had built not just a company, but a life that reflects my values: ethical technology, responsibility, and progress with integrity.”
Through Elevatix, Kseniia has built an ecosystem that demonstrates how profitability and ethics can coexist at scale. The company’s privacy-first, low-impact algorithms enable businesses to scale monetisation while preserving user trust and emotional safety. By proving that revenue growth no longer requires invasive data practices, Elevatix is helping redefine how intelligence, responsibility, and long-term value creation intersect in the digital economy.
“We are shaping a new standard for how digital businesses grow – one where scalable revenue does not come at the cost of trust,” Kseniia says. “That realisation reframed intelligence for me: not as something that exploits behaviour, but as something that respects it while still delivering measurable results.”
Her philosophy is guided by a simple but powerful mantra: “Every important decision must create value on three levels – for myself, for the industry, and for society as a whole.” This approach keeps her focused on purpose-driven innovation that uplifts people, not just profit margins.

Working in a field where fewer than ten percent of professionals were women, Kseniia learned early that leadership is not about fitting into existing systems, but about designing new ones. When she stopped adapting to the structures around her and began shaping them instead, her approach to leadership – and her impact – fundamentally changed.
She defines success not by titles or revenue, but by longevity of impact. “Success is when your ideas outgrow you,” she explains, “when they reshape systems, influence how decisions are made, and set new standards for how innovation and ethics work together.”
Her advice to women entering tech? “Don’t fear uncertainty – it’s the birthplace of innovation. Every time the ground shifts beneath you, something extraordinary can grow.”

Today, based in Dubai – a global hub where ambition and innovation converge – Kseniia continues to lead by example. She is part of the Forbes Technology Council, mentors emerging founders, and speaks at international conferences about responsible AI and ethical data use. But beyond the accolades, what drives her is purpose.
“I want to prove that technology can grow revenue, improve systems, and empower industries – all while respecting people and their privacy,” she says. “If I can help build a future where intelligence and empathy coexist in every product we create, that will be my greatest achievement.”
Her story reminds us that progress without conscience is merely acceleration. Through Elevatix and her belief in ethical intelligence, Kseniia Maiboroda is demonstrating that the future of technology – and leadership – can be both high-performing and deeply human.
Her message to the world is clear and concise – a perfect summation of her life’s work and belief system: “Progress is power – when guided by conscience.
