I have always been an entrepreneur at heart. Whether it was running a media company, supporting women entrepreneurs, or hosting community boot camps, my journey has been driven by a deep curiosity and a passion for building. But the world doesn’t stand still – and neither should we. I made a significant pivot into tech and crypto, an industry I once dismissed as a buzzword. Now, I see it as one of the most transformative spaces of our time.
I used to believe blockchain was all hype. But, I realized its vast potential when I immersed myself in the space. The UAE is brimming with talented women, and I’m excited to see more of them take the opportunities waiting for them in this industry. My advice? Learn new technologies, engage with the right communities, and take advantage of the limitless career paths in emerging sectors. The future belongs to those who embrace change and take the initiative to understand the next wave of innovation.

Tech, and especially crypto, remains male-dominated. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for women. Real efforts are being made to bring more women into the fold – through programs, sponsorships, and community-driven initiatives. However, opportunities don’t just land in your lap; you must seek them out.
Being proactive is key. Spend time online understanding the space, engage in discussions, and take that first step – even if it’s just finding a learning buddy. If you can’t find a community, build one. You don’t need permission to start. The women who define the future are the ones who step forward, ask questions, and take up space.
As women, we often feel the need to prove ourselves. Early in my journey, I felt pressure to act older, to fit into a certain mold. However, younger female founders today are breaking that pattern. They are comfortable being their authentic selves, and that is powerful.
A shift is happening – a realization that we don’t fit into predefined boxes to succeed. Confidence, resilience, and adaptability will set us apart. Success is not just about how good you are but also how long you can endure. In entrepreneurship and life, longevity is often the real marker of success.

I have had the privilege of working on projects that push technological boundaries while funding impactful initiatives. We’ve distributed millions in grants using blockchain-based funding models that are transparent and community-driven. This is the future – where women have a seat at the table, lead innovation, and define our paths.
If there’s one thing I have learned, it’s that the future does not wait for us – it is built by those who have the audacity to step forward. To the women of tomorrow: take that first step, claim your space, and shape the future on your terms.
