When Artificial Intelligence (AI) visionary Eve Logunova-Parker says diversity and inclusion has always been her North Star, she’s not just making a metaphorical statement. Her personal mission is to democratize AI, web3 and the Metaverse to enable borderless innovation, disrupt education and empower communities.
Originally from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, this globally-focused innovator has dedicated the past 15 years helping people and businesses embrace growth and become future proof by applying emerging technologies. She is the founder and CEO of Evenness, a fast-scaling C-corporation that democratizes extended reality (XR) solutions globally, by making web3 technology accessible to everyone, on any device, no matter the distance or time zone.
These XR solutions include creating inclusive and accessible environments that empower business professionals and event organizers to hold various 3D and VR interactive events like conventions, trade shows, job fairs, corporate meetings and learning workshops as well as remote team collaborations using 3D office spaces.

Eve asserts that with ‘data becoming every company’s best asset,’ AI ethics, inclusion by design, diverse datasets and tech teams are vital progressing towards a more inclusive workplace as well as society at large.
She describes the Metaverse as a new, more personalized and engaging form of internet, adding it’s a ‘web3 framework for economic interoperability operating as a network of virtual worlds meant for socialization, interactive events, online learning, co-creation and many other physically unlimited growth opportunities.
In the past year, Eve has witnessed a shift from centralized virtual worlds to an Open Metaverse, with increased web3 tech applications and metaverse commerce.
“Supported by AI, blockchain and DeFi, as well as 5G networks and sufficient processing power, web3 and the Metaverse are finally gaining momentum in showing its impact and how it can simplify the way we discover, collaborate, learn, create and earn.”
As for its impact on our lives, Eve believes the Metaverse is a tool with no boundaries or limitations like in the physical world, for bringing the whole world together and offering endless opportunities.
While it ‘doesn’t replace the physical world, it creates a layer of efficiency and collaboration, opens the “door” to opportunities, and increases the speed to market,’ she explains.
With many people not owning devices like VR headsets, smartphones or modern computers, accessibility is currently the biggest concern. Also, she remarks many Metaverse environments aren’t designed to support inclusion or accessibility to people with disabilities. Eve is confident that ‘decentralization provides a perfect opportunity to achieve freedom and give power to the people,’ commenting while it’s a long journey, we’re already seeing the positive change.’
As for the future, this courageous thought leader confesses her personal excitement lies in combining the power of web3 and the Metaverse, with Virtual Commerce and AI to find solutions in support of Sustainable Development Goals.
This combination will not only empower the creators, but can also disrupt the way people learn, build, earn, and change their lives for the better.
